Building a fairer value chain

    Dream it.

in 2024, we started working with local communities to build fairer value chains where farmers and producers earn a fair share of the profits. By supporting community-owned businesses, providing training, and using sustainable practices, we help create stable incomes and long-term resilience. Connecting directly with markets ensures more value stays with the people who do the work, making the whole system more sustainable.

    Build it.

We are working closely with government departments to ensure high-quality fibre production that meets industry standards. This includes setting up training programmes, quality control systems, and certification processes to support community-run fibre hubs. By aligning with national regulations and industry best practices, we create a strong foundation for sustainable fibre production that benefits both local businesses and global markets.

    Grow it.

We integrate clean energy, water regeneration technology, and nature-based solutions to minimise the environmental impact of fibre processing while maintaining high product quality. We reduce waste, emissions, and reliance on fossil-fuel-derived chemicals by using renewable power, efficient water recycling, and bio-based treatments. This ensures our end-products are fit for purpose and genuinely sustainable, meeting industry standards without compromising the planet.
